Who we are
Minotauro Group is a small development company founded in 2025. We focus on buying and completely renovating apartments - from compact studios to representative three-room flats.
Our philosophy
We believe everyone deserves quality, comfortable housing - whether you're buying your first apartment or a home for your family. That's why we approach every renovation as if we were moving in ourselves.

- We don't do details for show - we also fix the things a buyer doesn't see at first glance.
Team
Our team combines experience from real estate, design and construction. We manage every project personally. We're no call centre or thousand-strong company where you'd struggle to reach the owner. You talk directly to the people who designed and built the apartment.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on every renovation. With the apartment we hand over full documentation including technical sheets for the materials used, certifications and contacts for the tradespeople and service providers.
