What we call a renovation
The word "renovation" is often used today as a synonym for cosmetic touch-ups. We are quite clear about what it means.
Structure and utilities
- Complete replacement of the electrical system to current ČSN standards, including a new switchboard and circuit breakers.
- New water and drain piping in plastic/copper, pressure-tested.
- Heating system inspection, replaced where needed.
- New floors. We always remove the original build-up and add a sound-insulation layer.
- Levelling floors, walls and ceilings with skim coat.
Materials
- Wooden floors, or high-quality vinyl depending on the apartment type.
- Large-format tiles in bathrooms.
- Custom kitchens with integrated Bosch, Gorenje and AEG appliances.
- Geberit sanitary ware with black or stainless steel fittings.
- Concealed installations for a clean design without exposed pipework.
Details
- Additional LED lighting in suspended ceilings and on walls.
- Built-in storage in hallways and bedrooms.
- Shading with interior blinds, or exterior shutters depending on the orientation.
- Low-voltage pre-wiring for alarms, internet and smart home.
What we do differently
- We don't make every apartment the same. Every apartment is designed individually, around its specific layout.
- We work with trusted tradespeople. No day-to-day subcontracting - our quality depends on people who keep coming back to work with us.
- We measure twice. Before buying, every apartment goes through a technical inspection. If it isn't up to our standards, we'd rather not buy it than disappoint you later.
