From the first inquiry to keys in hand.

Viewing
We schedule a personal viewing. We walk you through every detail of the renovation, the technical documentation and the list of materials used.

Reservation
If the apartment is right, we sign a reservation agreement and set a date for the purchase contract. The reservation fee is credited toward the price.

Financing
We help you set up financing through trusted mortgage brokers. The service is free of charge for you.

Purchase contract
We prepare the contract; it's always reviewed by an independent lawyer. Payment goes through notarial or attorney escrow.
- 05
Handover
After the title transfer we meet at the apartment. The handover takes about an hour - we walk through, hand over keys, documentation and service contacts.
No commission
The price you see in the listing is the price you pay.
